Privacy notice
This notice takes effect on the official launch date of this website.
Who operates this website
Dasumen is operated by 杭州壹素界文化传播有限公司, registered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. This Notice covers dasumen.com, its sourcing and company-profile forms, and related business correspondence. Other websites have their own privacy notices.
Information we collect
Sourcing enquiries include your product requirements, target market, optional product category, company or organization, name and email. Company profiles include the company or brand name, main products and supplying role, country or region, optional website or profile link, contact name and work email.
We also process related business correspondence and the source website and form page recorded with a submission. Our hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request times to deliver and protect their services. Please do not submit identification documents, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential technical files unless an appropriate handling method has been agreed.
How we use information
We review enquiries internally, clarify requirements, assess relevant product information and discuss possible next steps. We review company profiles and may contact the submitter to learn more. Submitting information does not create a public listing, partnership or transaction.
We ask for your confirmation before contacting suppliers about your request or sharing its details. A limited requirement summary and disclosure of your identity or contact information require the appropriate level of confirmation. Confirmation applies to the specific enquiry and is not blanket permission for future sharing.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. Formspree receives form submissions and sends notifications to our configured business email channel, using Google Workspace. Authorized personnel manually maintain the relevant WeCom operational records.
Browser storage and website statistics
After a successful form submission, our website uses temporary browser session storage to recognize the success-page handoff and avoid processing the same success marker again. These markers contain a random identifier, the website and form identifiers and, for sourcing enquiries, the selected product category or an unspecified value. They do not contain your name, email address, company name or enquiry text.
The handoff marker is removed when read. A record of used random identifiers remains in session storage for the browser page session. This storage is separate from the information submitted to Formspree.
We use Plausible Cloud to understand website use and improve content and enquiry journeys. Statistics cover page visits and page engagement, navigation, product and article entry clicks, sourcing-category interest, FAQ interactions, email and partner-site link clicks, and form starts, submission attempts, errors and successful submissions. A successful submission records acceptance by the form service, not confirmed email delivery or a completed business transaction.
We send controlled page paths, entry locations, public product and article identifiers, form types and selected sourcing categories. We do not send names, email addresses, company names, enquiry text, internal submission identifiers, session-storage markers or page query parameters to analytics. Referral addresses are reduced to their website origin. We do not use analytics to create cross-site visitor profiles.
Plausible does not use analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. According to its data policy, it processes request IP addresses and browser information to derive approximate location, device information and daily visitor identifiers without storing raw IP addresses or raw User-Agent strings. It stores event and session records and presents aggregated reports; its analytics infrastructure is hosted in the European Union. This is separate from the temporary form session storage described above.
International processing and access
The operator is based in China. Our service providers may process information in other countries or regions. Access to business records is limited to personnel responsible for the relevant handling task. Internal tables are not public directories.
We do not sell or rent personal information or disclose it to data brokers or unrelated marketers. An initial submission does not authorize marketing, public publication or automatic sharing with another business.
Operational records
We manually maintain two separate WeCom smart tables: sourcing enquiries and company profiles. Source submission identifiers are retained internally for deduplication and reconciliation between Formspree, company email and the relevant table. These identifiers are not published or sent to analytics.
Retention
Sourcing enquiries are retained for 24 months from the last meaningful interaction. A documented continuing business reason and review date may justify up to 12 additional months; otherwise the record is deleted or identifying details are removed.
Company profiles are retained for 36 months from the latest verified update or meaningful interaction, with recency reviewed at least every 12 months. At the end of that period we reverify, remove personal contact details where an internal company-level record is justified, or delete the record.
Raw Formspree submissions and automated notification copies are normally removed within 30 days after recording or classification and reconciliation. Unresolved delivery exceptions are retained only as needed to resolve them.
Human correspondence is retained for 24 months from the last meaningful interaction, with up to 12 additional months only for a documented business reason and review date. Minimal privacy-request records are retained for 24 months after completion.
Specific records may require longer restricted retention for legal obligations, disputes or security. This does not extend every record associated with the same person.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion, ask us to stop relevant contact, or withdraw previous confirmation for future sharing or outreach. We may need to verify your identity and authority using information already associated with your record. Withdrawal does not reverse an earlier completed disclosure.
Business days refer to statutory working days in mainland China, including officially designated make-up working days. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days. For requests to stop using information, withdraw permission for future sharing, or delete information, we will pause the relevant new use or sharing within 2 business days after verifying your identity and authority, while we assess and handle the request. Limited use or retention may still be necessary to handle the request itself or for legal or security purposes.
We aim to complete standard requests within 30 calendar days of receipt and complex requests within 60 calendar days of receipt. We explain additional time before the standard period expires.
Security and business audience
We use organization-controlled accounts, restricted access, reconciliation and retention procedures to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. This website and its forms are intended for adults acting in a professional or business context.
